The M3 is something of a paradox, however. It is sleek and stable and offers a luxurious ambiance; its stance is one of sportiness.  So some may accuse this car of having a confusing role. But those people have not spent much time in an 3 Series. It is, in fact, an incredible car for a top down summer drive on a winding country road. And there's nothing confusing about that.  A one-touch convertible top is standard.  So whether the soft top is down or up, the awesome View will never change!!!

Outside an expansive hood leading down to a grille accented by an M3 badge dominates the appearance of the M3.  The Smoke Silver exterior is near blem free and Autocheck certification is the order of the day. Spotless in every way!!  Purchased in New York, then kept just a few miles down the road in the resort town of Naples, this M has been meticulously maintained.  Our favorite offerings.  2 owner Florida vehicles are just so nice.  And when someone paid just back of $60,000 for their car, you know it has been cared for.

This Roadster looks as big from behind the wheel as it does from outside. One sits low down inside, the dash is relatively high and the hood stretches out before it like a classic automobile from the 1930s. The steering wheel is high, like most German cars, and easy to manipulate.

Pay this much for a car and the interior ought to be something special, and with the BMW it is. Dove Gray leather upholstery and trim is standard on the M3 this year. The seats are teutonically firm. HEATED SEATS for our Northern buyers are quite the Plus.  The seatbacks are well bolstered and the seat bottoms are flat, in the Beemer tradition. Our M3 has the Dove Gray leather interior, which is extremely sharp. It blends well with the wood veneer on the console. Still looking for a glove box latch and 2 pieces of speaker trim.  Not really noticeable but wanted to mention.

The power canvas top is in superb condition, as you have come to expect.  Pressing a switch on the console is all that's needed to raise and lower the convertible top. It even unlatches itself from the windshield header and hard tonneau before the tonneau rises for the top to tumble into. We really Love the Look & Feel this M3 exudes!

The trunk is very user friendly, the lift-over is high, and every cubic inch is usable and, unlike many two-seaters, our 3 has a large area behind the seats for everything from picnic baskets to coats to overnight bags

The engine starts instantly, with a roar that quickly settles down to quiet idle. Don't look for temperamental behavior from this engine. Your meek maiden aunt could drive this one around town.  The 200-plus horses give you the trump card in virtually any automotive confrontation that doesn't involve a police radio. BMW reconfigured the exhaust for a throatier tone. Nice..

There's a lot of tire under this M3.  Radials with about 55% tread life remaining, are mated to awesome factory M3 wheels... Push it hard through a corner and you can feel this car working out.  Under normal circumstances it's almost impossible to break the tires loose from the pavement. When they do break loose, Electronic Stability Control is there to help maintain control. On the road, it's hard to get this into action without being terribly foolhardy, but Electronic Stability Control makes it possible to really power out of a corner without worrying about the rear end sliding out.

We will do our best to describe all the obvious and important things so you have a good idea of what you are buying.  With advance notice we will make our vehicles available for a PRE-BID inspection. • All vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If we have documentation to back up the miles on these older cars, we will.
• Payment will be made by cashiers check, money order or wire transfer. A $500 dollar non- refundable deposit (PayPal preferred) must be received within 3 business days following close of auction and remainder paid in 7 days.
• Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out-of-state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida we are obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax. The purchaser will then be given a receipt proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida.
• Buyer assumes the cost of shipping and insurance. We already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the U.S.A. and will be glad to arrange this for you, and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in, we will arrange transportation from the Ft. Myers International Airport.
• All titles are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens. If you would like documentation, contact us, and we will gladly get it for you.
• Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. WE WILL GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ANY FINAL BIDDER THAT REFUSES TO HONOR HIS OR HER OBLIGATION!!!
