For 2002, Chrysler rolls out a fresh design for the sleek Sebring Convertible. The new Sebring Convertible brings increased horsepower, while expanding the best attributes of the previous edition. For the past five years, the Sebring has scored as America's best-selling convertible, lauded for its sleek design, roomy back seat and attractive pricing too.

Around town...What a blast to Drive!! We cruised the broad boulevards of Fort Myers in this LXi with the top down, basking in the warm Florida sun as the compact disc player spun a tune. It wasn't until we headed out of town into the twisty back roads and switchbacks of snaky route 78, that the Sebring revealed its dual personality as both boulevard cruiser and sporty performer.
Handsome exterior styling looks dramatic and with smooth lines, it's bound to remain a Head-Turner for years to come.
 

 Chrysler's Sebring Convertible has been completely redesigned this year. Gorgeous Sapphire Blue Pearl exterior is near flawless, with just the expected blems and nothing you'd need to fuss with. Behind the slick shell is a stiff new structure, new suspension components that produce sporty ride traits, and a new engine charged to 200 horsepower.

Step on the pedal to leap around traffic and it pounces like a cat catching prey. The V6 engine, displacing 2.7 liters out of an aluminum block fitted with dual overhead cams and multi-valve technology, produces 200 horsepower spread over a broad torque band. It can charge off the line at a stoplight, but still have enough guts at speed to surge ahead of other cars in a quick lane change. Despite the muscle, it earns respectable fuel economy and operates on 87-octane regular unleaded gasoline.  20+ mpg's is awesome and quite frugal as well!

 

Unlike some convertibles, the Sebring provides enough room in the backseat for two adults to sit comfortably; and it's fitted with three-point seatbelts. Sharp Taupe leather seating surfaces are also close to new. Non smoker and very clean!! Our favorite offerings! Twin cup holders extend from the rear of the floor console. Front seatbacks tip and slide forward quickly for easy backseat entry, and the front seatbelts do not impede entry because anchors are integrated in top corners of the seatbacks.
 

The Sebring Convertible is not simply a Sebring Sedan with the roof chopped and a soft-top added. Instead, it was designed from the outset to function as a two-door convertible. As a result, its reinforced structure is so strong that the topless Sebring feels as stiff as a hardtop car and behaves with sporty characteristics.
 

Trunk space is also good for a convertible; the trunk will accommodate two golf bags stacked together.

  • All vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Buyer assumes all responsibility once vehicle leaves our possession. The vehicle will be described accurately, but remember these are used cars, they will show signs as such.   • Payment will be made by cashiers check, money order or wire transfer. A $500 dollar non- refundable deposit (PayPal preferred) must be received within 3 business days following close of auction and remainder paid in 7 days.
  • Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out-of-state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida we are obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax. The purchaser will then be given a receipt proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida.
  • Buyer assumes the cost of shipping and insurance. We already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the U.S.A. and will be glad to arrange this for you, and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in, we will arrange transportation from the Ft. Myers International Airport.
  • All titles are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens. If you would like documentation, contact us, and we will gladly get it for you.
  • Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. WE WILL GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ANY FINAL BIDDER THAT REFUSES TO HONOR HIS OR HER OBLIGATION!!!
